YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, REMISE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL, AND ITS AFFILLIATES, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, VENDORS, AND CONTRACTORS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND ALL OTHER RELATED PERSONS OR ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL MANNER OF RIGHTS, CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, PROCEEDINGS, LIABLITIES, OBLIGATIONS, LEGAL FEES, COSTS, AND DISBURSEMENTS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER ARISE FROM, RELATE TO, OR ARE CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY TRANSACTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL.   THIS RELEASE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:  ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY TRANSACTION, ARRANGEMENT OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A PROPERTY OWNER AND A RENTER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGE OR HARM TO A LISTED PROPERTY CAUSED BY A RENTER, ANY FAILURE BY A RENTER TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT, ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF OR THE CONDITION OF A LISTED PROPERTY, OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUFFERED BY A RENTER OR A RENTER’S GUESTS OR INVITEES.

6) Inquiries
When you use National Event Rental to send an inquiry to an advertiser, you agree to allow National Event Rental or its affiliated websites to add your email address to our database of customers. You will receive at least one promotional email from either National Event Rental or its affiliated websites. You are welcome to opt not to receive emails from National Event Rental or its affiliated websites at any time.
